COOKING MADE
SIMPLE.
Our sausages are easy to cook. Here's how to get the best results every time.
Medium heat, 12-15 mins. Turn regularly until golden all over. The best way to get a proper crust.
Medium-high heat, 15-18 mins. Keep turning. Watch for flare-ups from the natural fats.
200Β°C / 180Β°C fan, 25-30 mins. Turn halfway. Easy hands-off method for batch cooking.
Let them rest 2 mins after cooking. Internal temp should hit 75Β°C. No pink in the middle.
